Delivery

Free standard 2-3 working days 'signed for' delivery otherwise. Items will be sent by national courier and will normally be delivered between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Couriers will require a signature. In the event of a missed delivery, a calling card should be posted.

Please note:
Whilst couriers endeavour to deliver items on time they do not guarantee delivery within the above time frames. Stated delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

Returns

Our Returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be sent using an insured, tracked and 'signed for' postage service for proof of sending.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any postage charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 28 days of the date you received the item(s).

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return posting, therefore we again recommend an insured and trackable postage service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not exactly match the actual products shipped. Colour/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for a refund.
